The Rose Bowl Parade is one of the few shared American experiences we have left. It could be a kid waking up to stare in awe at the floats rolling across the TV screen ... or a bit older and hungover, seeking solace in a New Years day routine we've enjoyed since childhood. We talked to William Flinn, the Executive Director of the Rose Bowl Parade, about the event and all the prep that goes into it. It's a great look into community, tradition, event planning and so much more.
